There is a cancellation fee of 40% of the value of all booked services for a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If there is a no call no show, you will be blocked from future online bookings. It will be required to call/ text to make an appointment and a 40% retainer fee will be required. If there is a second no call no show, the retainer fee will be forfeited and you will be blocked permanently.
